For standard BBQ orders – Place your order at least 1 day in advance, by 11:30 PM. Some items may be unavailable, but we will reach out the next day with alternatives.
For larger events – We recommend booking at least 3-4 days in advance to ensure proper preparation. For custom menus or premium selections, even more time may be required.
At Shiok BBQ, we don’t believe in shortcuts. While it’s tough to make everything 100% natural, we take it upon ourselves to act as your Quality Control Officer, ensuring that only real, high-quality ingredients make it to your BBQ event.
We filter out low-quality, highly processed foods—no questionable crab sticks, no mystery meatballs, and definitely no chemical-laden seasonings. Flavor enhancers like BBQ oil, MSG, and chicken powder? Out. 🚫
