However, this doesn't mean we accept everything. Our chefs carefully select the specific cuts that meet our standards for texture and grilling suitability. Many common cuts that others might use simply don’t make it past our block.
The Marinade
This is where our culinary background truly comes into play. Our marinades are our recipes, crafted from scratch with the ingredients you’d find in a professional kitchen. Our goal is to enhance the natural flavour of the meat, not to mask it in sugar and chemicals. We strive to keep our food as natural as possible.

Our marination is not done in a standard central kitchen. It all happens in our own ISO certified food processing facility.
