Refund Policy

At Shiok Barbeque Wholesale, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate these changes with maximum flexibility to honor the support you show us. Below are our refund and rescheduling policies based on the type of products and services you purchase from us.

Product Categories:

  • Frozen Food
  • Live Seafood
  • Seasonal Products
  • BBQ Tools & Accessories
  • BBQ Chef / Event Planning / Manpower Service

Frozen Products & BBQ Tools & Accessories:

  • More than 10 days before delivery: Full refund available.
  • 7-10 days before delivery: No refund, but rescheduling is possible without additional charges.
  • 4-7 days before delivery: No refund. Rescheduling is available with a one-time $50 processing fee, payment required 4 days prior to the confirmed delivery date.
  • Within 4 days of delivery: No refunds or rescheduling available.

Live Seafood & Seasonal Products:

  • After order confirmation: Strictly no refunds or rescheduling allowed.

BBQ Chef / Event Planning / Manpower Services:

  • Once payment is confirmed: No refunds, credits may be reserved.
  • 8 days or more before the event: No refund, but rescheduling available with a one-time $100 admin fee.
  • 4-8 days before the event: 50% refund available, or reschedule with a one-time $150 admin fee.
  • 2-4 days before the event: 20% refund available, or reschedule with a one-time $200 admin fee.
  • Within 2 days of the event: No refunds or rescheduling possible.
