Shiok BBQ is a professional, chef-led, ISO 22000 certified BBQ factory. We are a fully licensed food factory, holding the level of ISO certification that allows us to supply our products to premier hotels and restaurants.
Our strength comes from our wholesale operation. We bulk purchase fresh, affordable meats and seafood and then our chefs take over, creating Singapore’s largest selection of marinated products. We use fresh herbs and quality rubs, focusing on flavour, not just covering things in sauce. This is how we combine mass-market accessibility with professional culinary standards.

We believe food safety is non-negotiable. That's why every single Shiok BBQ order is delivered by our in-house team in a dedicated cold truck. We don’t use third-party gig riders because we are obsessed with controlling the quality from our factory to your door.
Furthermore, every order, big or small, comes packed in a professional-grade foam box. This is not an optional add-on; it is the Shiok Standard. You will never receive our chilled products in a random plastic bag, because that isn’t safe, and that isn’t shiok. This is our guarantee of food safety and quality.
