How many guests can a live station serve?
Our stations serve 10 to 100 guests. Pick the size that matches your head count, and use the pax buttons above the stations to filter. Bigger sizes come with more chefs, shown in each size name.
What is included?
Your chef grills and serves on site, with sharing plates and garnishing. What each station brings, such as the grill or the table setup, is listed on its product page. When you request a quotation we also ask whether your venue has a grill.
How long does the chef stay?
Standard service is 3 hours. The chef arrives ahead of mealtime to prepare and set up, then cooks until all the food is served.
Who cleans up afterwards?
Our chef team. When service is done they clean up and leave the area neat, so you can stay with your guests.
How far ahead should I book?
Book at least 3 days ahead. Bookings made less than 72 hours before the event carry a last-minute surcharge per staff member, from $50 to $100 plus GST.
Can your chef cook on a yacht or at a BBQ pit?
Yes. Book the Live Station Yacht BBQ with Chef for a party at sea, or read our guide to BBQ pits and venues. Venue access, guard house registration and grill photos are sorted after you book, when needed.
Can I change the menu?
Each live station is a set menu. Tell us about dietary needs, such as vegetarian guests, in the notes when you request a quotation, and we will let you know what we can do.
Can I get a quotation for my company?
