We understand you have many questions about delivery, especially for last-minute orders. Here’s all you need to know to order online with confidence—no hassle, just pure Shiok service.

We can usually accept orders up to 12pm for same-day delivery. Please note that some items may be out of stock at short notice; in such cases, we’ll substitute with similar products instead of issuing refunds. This policy helps our operations team manage tight schedules effectively. Order first, and we’ll work out the details or replacements for your order without needing to review each item one by one.

Our BBQ Wholesale Factory operates 24/7, so if you place your order by 11:00pm the day before your event, we’ll ensure your BBQ items are delivered on time the next day. If you have any questions or need assistance, simply place your order and send us a screenshot. We’ll get in touch via WhatsApp and track your order personally.

Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders above SGD 200.

Minimum Order: There’s no strict minimum, but we recommend ordering at least SGD 200 to take advantage of free delivery.

Delivery Fee Structure:

  • Orders between SGD 180 and SGD 199.99 incur a delivery fee of SGD 10.
  • Orders below SGD 180 incur a delivery fee of SGD 25.

Currently, we do not accept walk-ins or self-pick-up orders. Please order online, and we will deliver your BBQ items right to your doorstep.

Delivery Slots:

  • 10am – 1pm
  • 1pm – 4pm
  • 4pm – 7pm

Most BBQ parties start around 5–10pm, so many clients prefer delivery between 4–6pm. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, with each slot accommodating up to 10 orders. Once a slot is full, please WhatsApp us for alternative options.

Special Requests:

For urgent timing, we offer a 1-hour goodwill delivery window. For a specific 30-minute window (e.g., 5:00–5:30pm), a special delivery fee of SGD 25 may apply (SGD 40 for areas like Tuas, Sentosa, and Kranji).

While we strive for punctuality, occasional delays of 10–25 minutes may occur due to traffic or high demand. In the rare event of a 40-minute delay or more, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

We deliver your BBQ food, raw meats, and seafood in a Styrofoam Box to maintain optimal temperature. Whether your order is chilled or frozen, we ensure your items arrive according to your specifications. No extra checkout is needed for the foam box or ice—unless you require additional supplies for chilling drinks or other items.

Private Properties / Condominiums / HDBs:

Serving Singapore Main Island and Sentosa Island.

Chalet / Beach / Villa / Camp:

Delivery is made to the nearest car park. For BBQ pit drop-offs with a walking distance over 5-10 minutes, our drivers might not be able to assist directly. If you need help bringing items further, a delivery assistance fee of SGD 25 applies. Please WhatsApp us for more details and flexible arrangements.

Delivery is made at the car park where we hand the package to you or coordinate with your charter crew. Direct delivery to the yacht incurs an additional fee of SGD 25.

Note: We strive to find alternatives to avoid these charges when possible. If adjustments are necessary, such as a timing change or an extra fee between SGD 30–40, we will contact you after your order.

Flexible Timing Requests

For specific timing requests, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Here’s how we manage them:

  • Goodwill Period: If you need delivery within a flexible 2-hour window (e.g., 5–7 pm), we’ll try to assist at no extra cost—subject to traffic delays.
  • Exact Timing Requests: For a 30-minute window (e.g., 5–5:30 pm), an extra fee of SGD 25 applies. For locations like Sentosa, Tuas, or Kranji, the fee is SGD 40 due to extended travel times.

Our priority is keeping our services smooth and accessible. While we aim to avoid additional charges, we appreciate your understanding when extra assistance is required.

If a BBQ item is missing from your order, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will promptly offer an item refund or arrange for immediate delivery to correct the mistake.

We use our in-house cold truck for deliveries to maintain quality. During peak periods, if our capacity is reached, we may engage third-party drivers to ensure timely service.

We currently do not offer order tracking. However, we guarantee that your order will be delivered within the selected delivery window as we strive to provide reliable and prompt service.
