We’ve had the privilege of serving high-profile clients and hosting prestigious events, but we noticed a problem. The market was full of overpriced, average food. We hated watching our friends and family pay sky-high prices for BBQ that just wasn't good enough.
So, we decided to flip the script.
"Shiok" means sheer delight, and we take that seriously. Our mission is simple: No acting atas (fancy), just being genuine. We took the high standards of a professional kitchen and made them accessible to everyone. Whether it’s a simple wing or a slab of A5 Wagyu, we believe you deserve BBQ that tastes authentic, honest, and confirms Shiok.
From Private Yachts to a BBQ Powerhouse
We started small—grilling live at private home parties and yacht gatherings. But as we fed more people, our ambition grew. We realized that to truly fix the BBQ scene in Singapore, we couldn't just cook the food; we needed to create it.
That’s when we went all in and launched our own ISO-Certified BBQ Factory.
We use the real stuff. Fresh herbs, spices, and proprietary rubs developed in-house. Today, we aren't just a caterer; we are a wholesaler supplying top restaurants, hotels, and cafes.
