Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refunds

• 8+ days before event: no cash refunds. Rescheduling is allowed with a $100 admin fee, subject to availability.
• 4–8 days before event: rescheduling is allowed subject to availability with a $150 admin fee. No cash refunds.
• Within 4 days: no refunds, cancellations or rescheduling.

Last-Minute Booking Surcharges

• 48–72 hours: $50 + GST per staff member.
• 24–48 hours: $80 + GST per staff member.
• Within 24 hours: $100 + GST per staff member.

BBQ Assistant

1 assistant per 20 guests. Standard service duration is 3 hours. Standalone Assistant bookings require the client to provide cooking and serving equipment unless arranged separately.

BBQ Chef

1 chef per 25 guests. Standard service duration is 3 hours with approximately 30–45 minutes preparation time. The chef generally arrives approximately 1 hour before meal time. Essential BBQ tools, sharing plates, garnishing, sauces and individual eco-friendly tableware are included.

Host & Venue Responsibilities

The host is responsible for ensuring the venue is ready and suitable, providing complete grill and venue information, and ensuring at least one dedicated plating table. Drinks, cups and ice are not included in staff packages unless ordered separately.

Wet Weather Policy

A sheltered grilling area or suitable backup venue is the host’s responsibility. Cooking cannot safely continue under open rain. Staff may pause or move to a suitable sheltered area. The standard service duration remains applicable while staff are on site, and rain-related waiting does not automatically extend the service period. Rain or lack of a backup venue does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, cancellation or rescheduling.

Terms Acknowledgement

By submitting a quotation or booking request, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the Terms & Conditions.

Delivery Order Timing

Standard orders need to be placed by 11:30 PM the day before delivery. Same-day orders can still be placed up to 12:00 PM SGT, subject to availability. Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by traffic, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Fees & Minimum Order

Orders below $250 carry a $25 delivery fee. Specific 30-minute delivery slots and certain remote locations may incur additional charges.

Delivery Changes & Add-Ons

Any changes or add-ons to a food-only delivery order must be confirmed by 7:00 PM the day before delivery.

Delivery Rescheduling & Refunds

Rescheduling a food-only delivery order needs at least 4 days' notice and carries a $50 fee. Live seafood and seasonal items are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled once confirmed. No rescheduling is permitted within 4 days of delivery.

Food Storage After Delivery

Please refrigerate or cook the food promptly once it arrives, and consume it within 24 to 48 hours according to the product's storage instructions.

Delivery Policy Acknowledgement

By submitting a quotation or booking request for food-only delivery, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Delivery Policy.
