We deliver every day without exception. This ensures you can enjoy our BBQ anytime you plan your event.

Missed or Incomplete Deliveries:
If an item is missing from your order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will provide an item refund and an additional 10% discount on your total bill to make up for the mistake.

Delivery Process:
We take pride in using our in-house drivers for deliveries to maintain quality service. During peak periods, if we are unable to fulfill the delivery ourselves, we may engage third-party drivers to ensure timely service.

Packaging and Handling:
We deliver our BBQ products in secure packaging via our in-house Cold Trucks, ensuring they remain fresh and at the perfect temperature. Unlike third party delivery driver, we handle deliveries ourselves to maintain the highest quality from our kitchen to your doorstep.

Note:
We do not offer order tracking currently. However, we ensure that you will receive your order within the selected delivery window as we strive to provide reliable and prompt service.
