Our BBQ Assistants are not just any helpers—they are trained chefs or junior chefs with real experience in private dining events and BBQ settings. These are professionals who have worked in commercial kitchens, ensuring that your food is cooked and served with care. No interns, no part-timers, and definitely not freelancers. You’ll also benefit from proper coordination with our backend team and some basic advice about your event and food.

Serving Style:

• Food Containers: All food will be served in plastic black containers, ensuring a clean and simple presentation.
• Presentation: Basic garnishing with no frills. This service doesn’t include sharing plates or elaborate setups—just good, solid BBQ food.

Ratio: 1 BBQ Assistant : 20 Guests

Service Duration: 3 hours, with the assistant arriving on time as per your schedule. Client must provide all cooking and serving equipment.

Tips: 

• Ensure you have all necessary grilling equipment and ingredients ready before the assistant's arrival.
• Discuss any specific grilling preferences or dietary restrictions with the assistant beforehand to tailor the service to your needs.

Last Minute Booking Surcharge

For BBQ Assistant, BBQ Chef, Live Station, or manpower-related bookings, a last-minute operational surcharge may apply depending on the final confirmation timing due to manpower scheduling and operational arrangement requirements.

• Less than 72 hours before event: SGD 50 + GST
• Less than 48 hours before event: SGD 80 + GST
• Less than 24 hours before event: SGD 100 + GST
