We know you have a lot of questions and concerns regarding delivery, especially when it comes to last-minute orders. Let us address these and assure you that ordering from us online is hassle-free. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

Our BBQ Wholesale Factory operates 24/7, allowing us to arrange next-day delivery for your event. Place your order by 11:00 pm the day before your event, and we'll ensure your BBQ items are delivered on time. If you have any concerns or need assistance, please place your order and send us a screenshot. We will reach out through WhatsApp, and track your order personally.

Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all orders above SGD 200.

Minimum Order: There is no minimum order value. However, we want to ensure you get the most out of your order and will always suggest items to help you reach SGD 200 for free delivery.

Delivery Fee:

  • For orders between SGD 180 and SGD 199.99, a delivery fee of SGD 10 will apply.
  • For orders below SGD 180, a delivery fee of SGD 25 will be applied.

Unfortunately, we do not accept walk-ins or self-pick-up options at the moment. Please make your order online. Rest assured, we will deliver your BBQ items right to your doorstep!

Delivery Slots:

  • 10am - 1pm
  • 1pm - 4pm
  • 4pm - 7pm

We understand BBQ parties often happen from 5-10pm, and most people prefer to receive their BBQ around 4-6pm. As much as possible, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Each delivery timeframe has 10 slots. Once these slots are filled, you will need to WhatsApp us to enquire or select another timeframe.

We seek your understanding and will strive to accommodate your needs as best as we can. However, we ask for your understanding in case of slight delays. A 10-25 minute delay is usually normal, but if our delivery is 40 minutes late or more, we will provide a full refund.

We clearly list our T&C for late delivery on our website to demonstrate our commitment to quality service. We recognize that mistakes can happen, and we seek your understanding. In the event of such a delay, we will promptly offer a full refund and strive to make it right.

We usually deliver your BBQ food, raw meats, and seafood in a Styrofoam Box to maintain the optimal temperature. Whether chilled or frozen, we ensure your items are delivered according to your needs. There's no need to check out separately for the foam box and ice, unless you need extra for chilling drinks or other food.

Delivery will be at the nearest car park. For delivery to specific BBQ pits, especially with walking distances of more than 3-5 minutes, we seek your understanding that our drivers may not be able to assist due to the heavy delivery workload, especially on weekends. If you wish to have us help, an additional delivery assistance fee of $25 applies. Please WhatsApp us to find out more. Delivery is usually at the car park. We will deliver your package to you personally or arrange with your charter crew directly for them to pick up. We won't be able to deliver to the charter directly. Likewise, an additional fee of $25 applies.

Most of the time, we strive to find alternatives to deliver without additional charges. If any adjustments are needed, such as a change in delivery timing, location, or a delivery fee of $30-$40, we will reach out to you after your order. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to improve our delivery system.

If a BBQ item is missing from your order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will promptly offer an item refund or arrange for immediate delivery to make it right.

We use in-house Cold Truck for deliveries to maintain quality service. During peak periods, if we are unable to fulfill the delivery ourselves, we may engage third-party drivers to ensure timely service.

We currently do not offer order tracking. However, we guarantee that your order will be delivered within the selected delivery window as we strive to provide reliable and prompt service.
